Although C-BAT SA (Pty) Ltd is a fairly young Company, its Founders, Lenn Victor and Stefan Steyn carry more than 57 years of combined experience in the construction, design and built environments. This gives us vast knowledge and experience in the built environment, building regulations and codes. 

 

Lenn specialises in the fields of Architecture, Codes and Code violations, building and property inspectorate fields and analysis fields of the construction industry. 

 

Stefan specialises in the fields of Structural and Civil Engineering, Code and Code violations as well as building inspectorate and analysis of structural components in the built environment. 

 

C-BAT SA focuses on residential and commercial properties, with the main focus on compliance of Codes (SANS10400, National Building Regulations) for safety, building design and construction methods as well as energy efficiency of such structures and properties. We are investigative and analytical in nature when involved with properties and compliance.

 

We are based in Gauteng and the Western Cape, but cover the whole of South Africa

Lenn is accredited, registered and certified with the following Organizations. SACAP, GBCSA, SAIBD, SACPCMP, SAIAT, InterNACHI® AND IAC2®

Lenn is an Internationally Certified Property Inspector as well as a Nationally Certified BCO/Building Surveyor

Stefan Steyn (Engineering Director)

Stefan is accredited, registered and certified with the following Organizations. ECSA and NHBRC. Stefan is a registered and practicing Structural and Civil Engineer

Sherryl Victor (Admin Director)

Sherryl is a highly trained and experienced administrative person, having served at senior levels in large Corporations as PA and Adminstrative Assistant. Sherryl comes with more than 40 years of clerical and administrative knowledge and experience.
