Our services

We focus on both Residential and Commercial properties, executing inspections on construction, design implementation, construction methodology plus Code and Code violations, using the Building Standards Act 103 of 1977, SANS10400 (National Building Regulations), and other, as our platform base.

On Office blocks and Institutions of learning, as set out under SANS1544, we assist with Energy Performance Analysis and Remedial recommendations. 

We are based in Gauteng and Western Cape, and cover all 9 Provinces from these two Provinces, with an affiliate based in KZN. We offer a Nationwide service.
