Lenn Victor (CPI, CCPI, BS, PP)
Lenn joined the Building Industry in 1980. He studied through BIFSA as Site Agent/Manager, with his main subject being Architecture.
He served with Randburg Town Council as Building Inspector and Plan Scrutinizer. He went on to work for HHM Architects on the Lesotho Highlands Water Scheme, as Architectural Technologist.
Today Lenn owns 2 Companies specialising in Architecture and Property Inspectorate, and is a Share Holder in C-BAT SA (Pty) Ltd
Lenn is based in Gordon's Bay, Western Cape and covers the whole of South Africa with the services he renders.
We are proud of our achievements and accolades received over the years. We continue to strive towards further education in our respective fields, with the new focus being on Energy Efficiency and Eco Sustainability within the Built Environment, so that we may share such knowledge and expertise, with our clients and the built environment.

Stefan Steyn (PrTechEng)
Stefan entered the building and construction industry in the early 2000's. In 2009 he graduated and obtained his NDip in Civil and Structural Engineering.
He went on to work for Grinaker-LTA in design, drawing (structural detailing) and management in the design office. Stefan then joined AECOM South Africa, as Senior Technician. Here he continued with his studies and eventually held the position of Professional Registered Structural Technologist (Engineer 1) with AECOM. Stefan is a Registered Technologist with ECSA and NHBRC.
Today Stefan owns his own Engineering Practice and is a Share Holder in C-BAT SA (Pty) Ltd
Stefan is based in Pretoria, and covers the whole of South Africa out of Pretoria.
